Located one mile from the city centre, along the wooded bank of the River Ness, we offer three rooms (a double with private bathroom, a twin with en suite bathroom and kingsize with en suite shower) with peaceful river views. We also have a sun deck which offers a place for quiet retreat and private parking available for guests..

We are within walking distance of a number of facilities including the Eden Court Theatre, Aquadome, Caledonian Canal and Sports Centre as well as a number of restaurants and parks. We are also located close to the Great Glen Way and walkers are warmly welcomed.

We offer a range of options for breakfast and can cater for special dietary requirements.
